Do you handle the moving (transport) as well, or just the packing and organising?
We don’t operate our own trucks but work alongside trusted, insured removalists. We co-ordinate everything so the packing, logistics and move all run smoothly.

We also assist with regional Victoria and interstate relocations through our trusted partner network. From Ocean Grove to Mount Martha, or Melbourne to Sydney, we’ve handled it all. Wherever you are in Australia, we’ll do our best to be there when you need us.
How much do your services cost?
We provide tailored quotes based on your needs, home size and timeline. There’s no one-size-fits-all pricing, but we’re transparent and competitive. After a quick consultation, we’ll send you a detailed, obligation-free quote.
Do I need to supply any packing materials or equipment?
We bring all packing materials, tools, and equipment required. If you have specific items you’d like us to use, just let us know. We also offer eco-friendly options and can advise on the best materials for your job.
Will you unpack and set up everything, or just certain rooms?
You can choose what we unpack, just the kitchen, the full house, or something in between. We aim to leave your home functional, tidy, and ready to live in. Most clients prefer full unpacking for a truly seamless move-in experience.
Are you insured in case something gets damaged or breaks?
Yes, we are fully insured with public liability and goods in transit cover. In the rare case of damage, we’ll manage it transparently and professionally. Your belongings are treated with the same care we would give our own.
How long will the whole process take?
That depends on your home and needs. We’ll give you a clear schedule in your quote, and we always work efficiently and at your pace. Most projects take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
Do I need to be present while you pack or declutter?
It’s up to you. We’re happy to work independently or side by side. Whatever makes you most comfortable. Some clients stay involved, while others simply leave us the keys.
What if I only need help with one part of the process, like just packing, or just decluttering?
